How can I order?
Find the products you want and add them to the shopping cart. If you have products in your shopping cart, you can always complete your order later.

Check your order
Check that you have the right products in your shopping cart. Click Order. Check that the order summary shows the correct products, prices, and quantities. You can also leave a message on this page. If you can't find a product or have another question, please go to our contact page.

Track your Order
You can track your order through our track and trace system, which you will receive by email when you place your order. Tracking can be tracked online at any time from 2 - 3 days after you place your order, so you know exactly when to expect your products at home.

Should a customer fail to collect their parcel from the assigned pick-up point or address within the specified period, the responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer. If the package is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a fee of €19.95 will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and handling.

 Failed delivery due to wrong address                                  

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the product will be sent to you again free of charge. In this case, the customer pays the delivery costs of €9.95.
