Are you not satisfied with your order? We're very sorry about that and we'd love to hear what we can do to keep you happy.


You can return your order for up to 30 days and we will make sure that the purchase price is credited to your bank account within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Returns policy :

  • The products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags.

  • The product must not show any signs of use.

We recommend that you provide the return with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping.

Return Schedule:

  • Step 1: Fill out the return form.

  • Step 2: Send the items along with the completed return form. Make sure that the package has a track-and-trace code.

  • Step 3: Receive the balance in your account. Once we have received your package, ModeKaiser will ensure that the remaining amount is back in your account within 5 working days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Address:

If you have purchased a product that you want to return, you may need to return it to the warehouse in China. Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense. The reason for this is that shipping costs from China are often very high and it is not possible for the seller to cover these costs.


To return the product, you must contact the seller and ask for a return address in China. After receiving the return address, pack the product carefully and send it to the address provided. Make sure that the product is well protected during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so that you can track when the package will be delivered.

Once the product arrives at the warehouse in China, the seller will check that it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the purchase price. Please note that depending on the processing time of the seller and the bank, it may take some time to receive your refund.

All in all, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is important that you are aware of the return policy and the costs involved before making a purchase.

Responsibility in case of non-collection of parcels

Should a customer fail to collect their parcel from the assigned pick-up point or address within the specified period, the responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer. If the package is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a fee of €19.95 will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and handling.
